Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days or applicable by local law for B2C Sales.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned :
Perishable goods such as food, liquids, creams, supplements cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are of any intimate nature or came into contact with the body in an intimate nature : tantric wands, massage tools, yoni egg’s, sleep pad, life pad, hugs etc…
Gift cards can also not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but contact us instead.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Excessive Returns
We monitor excessive returns behaviors. In e-commerce the customer has the right to return goods but we do not condone a ‘buy to try’ mentality, goods must always be unused to be returned. Big corporations like Amazon, Temu, Bol, etc… offer very long no questions asked return policies as a marketing strategy but in fact this can be quite a damaging system for very small retailers connected with that. We have the right to refuse customers who show return behaviors that are unethical or are buying products only to try them out.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, therefor we kindly request proof by a simple photo on the day of arrival.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail us at info@tachyon-europe.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping when purchased will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost shipments when you return your item.
Imports, customs & collection
When goods are shipped outside of Europe for example : U.K, Norway, Swiss or anywhere worldwide outside of Europe, the customer is responsible to be aware of all regulations and duties regarding importing goods in their country. Additional customs fee’s and VAT will apply upon collecting or receiving the package. Please make sure to check the tracking info regulary if actions need to be taken on your side. We are not responsible for refunds or resending when packages are not collected on time (usually 2-3 weeks). If you refuse a package with your customs authority then all cost involving this refusal, such as return shipping costs or additional return taxes are the responsibilty of the customer and taken into your account before we issue a refund.
